It looks upside down at first, but all the drafts have the same orientation. Makes sense when you see her as lying flat. The bit of yellow at the lower right corner was added at the last minute to make it easier to see the arm, which looked like this before:
It's unclear whether she did the face or the hair first, they're on separate layers that have been reordered.
